Bob Dylan - I Was Young When I Left Home
Every once in a while I think about how much I would have loved to have grown up in the same generation as Dylan. It would have been amazing to experience his music in real time, rather than looking back. I wouldn’t have missed a thing.
But then I realize that I am lucky to be looking back, because it gives me the opportunity to discover gems like this on my own.
There is such a wealth of material to be sorted through when it comes to Dylan, that even completists such as myself can easily miss something. But what a wonderful experience it is to finally find it.
I’m terribly late to the game with this one, but I’ve been really enjoying Frightened Rabbits for the past few days. This is the kind of song I could easily put on repeat for a while.
